 Managing Consultant Transport Management (all genders) 

With our logistics consulting team, we enable our customers holistically in dealing with logistics issues from strategy to network design, logistics tenders, process, organizational and IT optimization, including implementation of suitable solutions and support during the transformation process.

As Managing Consultant SAP TM (all genders), you will work in a leading role in complex logistics projects focusing on Transport Management, and at the interfaces to other SAP logistics topics. You can expect a role in which you will work both conceptually and hands-on with high visibility at the customer and internally and take on responsibility within the team. Thanks to our integrated consulting approach, which takes into account strategy, logistics processes and technology holistically, we not only deliver the highest quality to our customers, but also ensure that your learning curve remains steep.

• As Managing Consultant, your role is centered around projects, internal innovation topics and people management
• Depending on your focus, you will concentrate on project management, solution architecture, sophisticated SAP implementation, presales, team leadership or a combination of these topics
• Within project work, alongside our customers and executives, you will develop transportation management strategies, innovative logistics concepts and/or plans for concrete implementation
• Following our high standard of delivering the most innovative solutions on the market, you will also take a leading role in internal innovation projects
• You will contribute to business development by identifying upselling potential, creating offers and actively participating in marketing and sales for our Logistics Practice
• Growing our consulting line will give you the opportunity to form a team in a specific field of competence

Bring your experience.

• You have at least 5-6 years of work experience in consulting, including as stream lead or project manager focusing on SAP Transport Management
• Ideally, you also already have some disciplinary management experience
• Over the years, you have acquired a broad and deep understanding of transportation management and SAP TM, including the relevant interfaces
• You have an excellent understanding of business processes, a drive to find tailor-made solutions to realize optimization potential and a passion for innovation
• Your excellent analytical and conceptual skills, creativity and very good communication and presentation skills in German and English serve you well in this regard
• You have a strong customer focus and are a strong team player
