Two value chain strategy consultants, Sebastian and Florian, one a Swiss forester the other a German mathematician, and a joint client success story: An 8-week strategy project for a German high-tech company in a hybrid delivery mode – with a work week of three days on-site and two days off-site.

 

"We began by analyzing the maturity of the client's E2E supply chain planning process through manufacturing site visits, customer interviews, and process mapping workshops.

Based on our findings, we designed a specific target picture and developed a detailed roadmap with defined improvement actions in the areas of process governance, supply chain planning approaches, and data and systems. In doing so, we took advantage of CAMELOT's internal network of experts and brought in detailed knowledge from our industrial manufacturing and production planning and scheduling teams.

Both this great collaboration and our diverse backgrounds led to a great project success."

How to implement a new demand and supply planning process landscape at a leading life science company? Jacquelin and Sören not only designed the new processes as blueprints with our client team, but they also directly started to deploy them in proof-of-concepts.
