What´s your impact?

• You develop concepts, strategies and implementation plans along the entire value chain with focus on the manufacturing sector (automotive, mechanical and plant engineering, electronics, high-tech and medical technology) for our national and international customers
• You accompany the digital transformation by identifying (strategic) options for causes of action and analysis regarding strategic fit and optimization potentials
• Depending on your experience, you will take on (partial) project management tasks
• You support the acquistion, the development and expansion of the business unit 
• Location: Mannheim, Cologne, Munich, Hamburg

   
How do you stand out?

• You have at least 2 years of experience in a recognized management consultancy including experience within the manufacturing sector (automotive, mechanical and plant engineering, electronics, high-tech and medical technology), ideally with first (partial) project management responsibility
• You have extensive project experience in the following areas: supply chain management, digitalization, performance management or organizational design
• You have a high affinity for digital topics and technologies
• You are an outspoken team player, have a high level of customer orientation and work in a structured and goal-oriented manner
• You have excellent analytical and conceptual skills, are creative and have very good communication and presentation skills in German and English
• You have an excellent degree (Master, PhD, MBA); preferably in the fields of business administration, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering with focus on supply chain management
• You are willing to travel for customer assignments
