  • Coordination of appointments and preparation of meetings

  • Planning, coordination and processing of overarching special tasks and projects to achieve the company's goals

 

Bring your experience.

 

  • Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, career changers are also welcome  

  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken German and English  

  • User knowledge of MS Office 365

  • Analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high level of target, customer and service orientation 

  • Quick comprehension and a structured and conscientious way of working
