Nothing works without our IT Services Team- and when nothing works, they are there for you! In addition to advising and supporting our high-performing consulting teams, you'll be responsible for the deployment and secure operation of CAMELOT's IT infrastructure.

Make a difference.

• You are the technical contact person for national and international support requests - in person, on the phone, by email or via our ticket system

• Support with error analysis and troubleshooting on site and via remote maintenance

• Responsibility for the provision of hardware, software and other work equipment 

• Participation in the implementation of IT projects

Bring your experience.

• Ideally completed training in IT, but career changers are also welcome

• Basic IT knowledge and a willingness to expand your knowledge

• Good communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal

• Service orientation, quick comprehension and a structured and conscientious way of working
