Project Manager Supply Chain Planning in Wroclaw/Poland (f/m/d)

CAMELOT has founded a new office in Wroclaw Poland, which will function as a supply chain innovation and technology center for the CAMELOT Group. You will be part of a growing team at the globally leading value chain specialist, applying best tools and approaches and your passion for consulting to help our clients build winning supply chain strategies for the New Now. • You ensure a positive and productive level of communication with clients operating on the international stage
• You lead, motivate, and inspire a cross-functional team of consultants
• You understand client needs and can derive ideas, solution-focused approaches, and action plans from them
• You are conscious of conserving resources and minimizing risks, and take budgeting factors into account, when guiding projects to completion
• As a mentor, you help young talents to develop and actively share your knowledge with others
• You establish and nurture flourishing business relationships
• You are self-assured when presenting project outcomes to our clients – e.g., in steering committees, but also when doing so internally in front of senior executives or our Management

How do you stand out.

• At least eight years’ experience in supply chain management at a leading consulting company or in comparable areas.
• Extensive, proven track record on transformation processes and when implementing supply chain planning designs using e.g., SAP ePP/DS, SAP APO PP/DS, SAP IBP, or comparable applications
• Pronounced project management skills
• Experience developing growth strategies and cost optimization
• Analytical and conceptual skills, along with a desire to innovate
• Outstanding presentation skills and pronounced powers of persuasion
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English, knowledge of German is an advantage
