What's your impact?

• Lead the delivery of value chain strategy and optimization programs for our national and international customers
• Develop cutting-edge concepts, strategies and implementation plans along the entire value chain for our national and international customers
• Accompany the digital transformation by identifying (strategic) options for improvement measures and analysis regarding strategic fit and optimization potentials
• Drive the development of clients for value chain consulting in the US, incl. building and strengthening the US-based team
• Collaborate in marketing and sales such as the preparation of offers, market analysis and specialist articles, as well as participation in fairs
• Work in an international team with the opportunity to bring in your own (entrepreneurial) ideas

How do you stand out?

• Possess at least five to seven years of experience in management consulting in a recognized management consultancy with focus on life sciences
• Demonstrate extensive project experience in the following areas: supply chain management, operations, digitalization, performance management or organizational design
• Strong track record in sales and business development activities
• Show a high affinity for digital topics and technologies
• Display a strong team-player mindset, a high level of customer orientation and work in a structured and goal-oriented manner
• Hold an excellent degree (Master, PhD, MBA), preferably in the fields of business administration, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering with focus on supply chain management
• Exhibit outstanding communication and presentation skills
