For example, we work with private equity firms in the evaluation of logistics start-ups or develop the target image for sustainable logistics for blue chip companies from the pharmaceutical or chemical industries. In doing so, we take a strategic look at organisational structures, distribution strategies, supply chain optimization and the selection and management of logistics service partners, for example after acquisitions or carve-outs. However, it is also crucial that we accompany our clients through the transformation process and continuous improvement.   • Depending on your experience, you will take on project management tasks and be responsible for achieving project objectives

How do you stand out?


  • You have 4 to 7 years of professional experience in a leading management consulting firm or an ambitious Inhouse-Consulting team
  • As a project manager or stream lead you have already successfully implemented consulting projects in logistics strategy in the area of organizational structure, partner selection, network optimization and were ideally involved in the implementation e.g. in the context of program management
  • Ideally, you have experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical or retail industries
  • You identify innovation areas and actively drive ideas and projects forward
  • You have excellent analytical and conceptual skills, creativity as well as very good communication and presentation skills
  • You convince through high customer orientation and are an absolute team player
  • Confident communication in English, ideally also in German, is a matter of course for you
