Join us as Sales & Business Development Manager - SAP Consulting Services selling innovative concepts and consulting services supported by SAP software, specifically in the areas of Supply Chain Management/IBP, Master Data Governance and Transportation Management.

 
What's your future business?

 

  • Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means to generate interest and turn this into increased business.
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling proposition and differentiators.
  • Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that convince potential clients to do business with the company.
  • Work with team to develop proposals that speak to client needs, concerns and objectives. 
  • Facilitate the proposal process for clients including budget and pricing development, proposal writing, contract negotiations and client presentations.
  • Present new services and products to expand and enhance existing relationships.
  • Attend industry functions, association events and conferences; provide feedback and information on market trends.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
  • Forecast sales targets; submit weekly progress reports; track and record account activity ensuring data is entered and managed in CRM; close deals to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure the prequalification, getting on vendor lists and respond to RFQ’s ensuring that they are fulfilled in a timely manner.

Who are you?

 

  • Demonstrated successful experience of 3-5 years selling SAP consulting services, specifically SCM/IBP, MDG, TM
  • Achieved sales target of at least $7 million
  • Experience developing and presenting proposals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Above average desktop computer skills with experience in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Bachelor’s Degree; MBA preferred
