What´s your impact?

 

  • As part of the development team, you will play an important role in the advancement development of our cloud-based (web-) services and our cloud infrastructure.
  • You translate customer and end user-requirements into effective technical solutions, working closely with technical (e.g. frontend) and non-technical (e.g. product, design) team members.
  • You take holistic responsibility for the features and areas of the software you develop in terms of functional correctness, maintainability, and readability.
  • Tech stack: Scala, play!, akka, sbt, PostgreSql, Microsoft Azure, Ansible.
  • Whether junior or senior, every voice counts - actively participate in the continuous optimization of our development processes!
  • Location: Mannheim, Cologne, Munich, Hamburg


How do you stand out?

 

  • During your studies, as an intern or working student, you have already gained experience with Scala or another backend programming language - running in the JVM - and implemented first APIs and application logic.
  • You are familiar with unit tests and strive for maintainable and readable code.
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and an eye for detail characterize you.
  • Willingness to learn, openness for new technologies, and active contribution of your ideas
  • You are a team player with good communication skills in English (and German)
  • You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field of study.
  • Ideally, you have already gained some relevant professional experience in software development.
