Managing Consultant SAP TM (f/m/d) 

What's your impact?

• You develop transport management strategies, innovative logistics concepts and implementation plans for our renowned national and international customers 
• You realize tangible future-oriented results in connection with challenging supply chain execution transformationsYou actively shape the optimization of our customers' transport management processes with appropriate measures and taking into account the latest digital solutions 
• Based on the jointly created optimal IT architecture, you will implement projects in the SAP environment with an international and interdisciplinary team
• You will take on (partial) project management tasks, actively manage your counterparts on the customer side and be a guarantor for project successYou will be responsible for the development of innovative transport management topics and integrative logistics solutions - in doing so, you will rely on your own innovative strength as well as the goal-oriented management of a dedicated team
• In the future, you will assume responsibility for personnel in a specific area of expertise
• You will identify consulting potentials, take responsibility for the preparation of offers and actively contribute to marketing and sales topics.

What do you stand out?

• You have 4 to 7 years of professional experience in the consulting environment
• You have already successfully implemented consulting projects in the transport management area as a project manager or stream lead
• You bring in-depth, relevant consulting and project management experience as well as profound experience in transport management processes and TM tools (ideally SAP TM)
• Ideally, you also have knowledge in related areas (ERP, EWM, LBN, Yard Mgmt. etc.) for the support of integrative supply chain execution scenarios 
• You have a strong understanding of processes and find customized solutions to realize optimization potentials
• You identify areas of innovation and actively drive ideas and projects forward
• You have excellent analytical and conceptual skills, creativity as well as very good communication and presentation skills in English
• You convince through high customer orientation and are an absolute team player
